Shipping Policy


USA Shipments: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS First Class and include tracking. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for deliver. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number when your order is dispatched from our workshop.

International Shipments: We ship international orders via USPS First Class International which includes tracking. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for international shipments. We are not responsible for any additional import/customs fees or taxes including VAT, customs duties, import tax, handling fees, etc. We will NOT falsify customs forms.

Typically, shipments leave our facility once per week, every Wednesday.

Please contact us if you need faster shipping and/or insurance for your order. Additional charges may apply.

*Hand of Glory, LLC is not liable for packages held by customs offices, nor is it responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Return Policy


We are happy to exchange, replace, or refund any item that is returned to us in salable condition within 21 days of delivery. Please e-mail us before you return your item(s).

No replacements or exchanges will be shipped until we have received the item from you in salable condition.

In the unlikely event of a product fault we will cover shipping costs in cases where replacements or repairs are necessary.


Sale Items & Price Adjustments


If an item is reduced in price, or a qualifying sale occurs within 3 days of your purchase, we may be able to refund the difference in price at your request. You can request a price adjustment by contacting us here.


Sales Tax


All items shipping to Connecticut incur a 6.35% sales tax.
